The agent can never see or set an access code
Codes are generated on the server, stored only as a hash, and shown once for you to hand over. The agent can create operatives — approval-gated — but it can never echo or reset an existing code. The boundary survives a stolen phone: a lost device only holds a short-lived token.
Schedule and location rules are enforced on the server
Geo-fences and time windows are checked on the device for a smooth experience and re-checked on the server as the authority — so a worker can't bypass them by editing local state.
